He let us know if he thought a property might be more trouble than what it was worth (we thought about a fixer upper for a brief moment before Anthony was able to tell us there looked like there were major foundational issues) and if he thought the house was adequately priced and would appraise for that value. He wasn't pushy or just trying to make a sale and genuinely wanted what was best for us. I would highly recommend him as a realtor. PS, he also has amazing restaurant recommendations if you are new to the area.
